My Yoga Is Inclusive, Practical, and Supportive

From February 2026, alongside my ongoing work in schools, I am opening Fridays only for a limited number of in-person yoga and wellbeing sessions in the Glastonbury area, as well as online sessions.

I’m passionate about creating a welcoming yoga space for real people with real lives—whether you're navigating stress, health challenges, limited mobility, or just want to feel better in your own body.

Real yoga is not about twisting into fancy poses or chasing perfection—it’s about reconnecting with your body, just as it is.

My yoga is for everybody—plus-size, older adults, those with special needs, and anyone who’s ever felt out of place in a traditional class.

I specialise in gentle, therapeutic yoga that meets you exactly where you are, whether you're neurodivergent, managing a disability, or just need a slower, more mindful approach.

Just safe, calming, adaptable practices that help you move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Testimonials

"Wendy has been an amazing Yoga instructor, for our service supporting adults with learning disabilities. Whether in person or over Zoom, she is always coming up with creative and flexible options to allow all of the individuals we support to get involved. Regardless of ability this is a service that has been loved by everyone at the Hive, and always leaves us feeling relaxed and refreshed."

"Wendy is an exceptional yoga teacher; she is passionate and knowledgeable and intuitive, so perfect for a beginner as she simplifies everything and makes everything achievable and instinctively knows how to break down her classes to suit you. I cannot recommend Wendy highly enough, she has given me lifelong learning and left a lasting impression which I am truly grateful for "

-Suzy

"Not only has the yoga improved my daughter’s physical needs it has also helped with sleep and digestion, especially her constipation issues. Finally it has given my daughter a hobby, something she does every week that is her time. It's a wonderful thing for anyone to practice yoga but for those always in a wheelchair I think it is even more important and rewarding. I can't recommend it enough. "
