Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These Terms and Conditions, including all documents referenced herein, represent the entire understanding between Wendy Sugg and her clients.

INVOICING

Invoices are required to be paid within two weeks of date of issue.

Ongoing teaching will be invoiced monthly unless by prior arrangement.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Wendy Sugg operates a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

For cancellations of sessions made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

SESSIONS, WORKSHOPS, EVENTS AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS:

Wendy Sugg reserves the right to refuse to teach a client at her own discretion or to refuse admission to a workshop or event.

If the session, workshop or event has to be interrupted or abandoned through no fault of Wendy Sugg, no money will be refunded.

Wendy Sugg’s timetable may be subject to change during the school holidays.

No refunds will be issued unless Wendy Sugg must cancel a session or workshop at the last minute.

In the case of children, Wendy Sugg has been disclosed and holds an ehanced DBS certificate of approval.  Should a child behave consistently in a manner which is unacceptable and disruptive, Wendy Sugg reserves the right to refuse future sessions and the parent/carer will be refunded half of the cost of any remaining sessions.

WORKSHOP AND EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking courses and workshops, please note that Wendy Sugg can only provide a full refund (less a 10% admin fee) for cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date.  For any other cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list, in which case Wendy Sugg will refund the fee (less a 20% admin fee). If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.

Should Wendy Sugg have to cancel a session, workshops or event for any reason, a full refund will be offered.

SECURITY OF INFORMATION

Personal information collected by Wendy Sugg and her website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Wendy Sugg will secure your personal information no matter where she processes or store your data.

PRIVACY POLICY

This is to confirm that Wendy Sugg takes the security and privacy of her customers very seriously. She endeavours to conform to the UK and European Data Protection laws. She does not share any information with third parties nor does she collect or retain any information other than that necessary for her to provide her services to you. She gives the highest possible priority to the safety and welfare of adults and children and will in all circumstances cooperate with police and government authorities in combating any and every attempt to harm or pursue sexual relations with children and young people. How does she use personal information? She will use your personal information necessary for her to provide her services to you. She does not share any information with unrelated third parties nor does she collect or retain any information other than is required for the provision of her products or services. Information collected during the application process, will be stored securely. Information collected will be securely destroyed if it is no longer required by Wendy Sugg.  Where she engages third party contractors (e.g. teachers, therapists etc.) to perform services for her, those third party contractors may be required to handle your personal information. Under these circumstances those third party contractors must safeguard this information and must only use it for the purposes for which it was supplied although she is not responsible for ensuring this. Other than the above, she will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity.  

From time to time it may be necessary for her to review and revise this policy. Wendy Sugg reserves the right to change her policy at any time and should this occur the amendment would be posted on her website.  www.wendysugg.com
