This class is designed for plus-size people who have always wanted to try Yoga but were afraid they couldn't do it because of their size / weight.
The Yoga postures and routines can be performed easily, even by those who may be significantly overweight and who may not have exercised for a long time.
Yoga works on many levels putting you more in touch with your body and developing a deeper self - appreciation, which leads to increased self-esteem and self-respect.
Certain poses are adapted by using a chair or wall, making the practice accessible and enjoyable for everyone regardless of their size or shape.

The1 hour class will include a simple yet effective Plus Size Yoga programme of Postures, Deep relaxation and Breathing Practices.
